Job summary

HRLadderBox is seeking a data-driven Head of SEO to lead the organic growth strategy for our iGaming client. You will own the SEO roadmap, drive multi-market initiatives, and collaborate with product, content and performance marketing to maximize revenue from organic channels.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, work with engineering on scalable SEO solutions, oversee large multilingual sites, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7 years of SEO experience in highly competitive verticals such as iGaming or betting.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and revenue in EU/LatAm markets.
• Expertise in technical SEO, content strategy and link acquisition.
• Experience managing large websites and multi-language SEO strategies.
• Deep understanding of search algorithms and industry tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GSC.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
