Head of User Research

Be the voice of the customer at MultiBank. Lead user research across product and marketing to ensure we build and promote experiences that traders actually want and need.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and conduct user research studies for product development
• Test prototypes and features with users throughout the development process
• Organize and synthesize customer feedback from all sources (support, reviews, sales, social)
• Create actionable insights for product, design, and marketing teams
• Build research processes and frameworks that scale across the organization
• Conduct usability testing on existing and new features
• Run market research to inform positioning and messaging
• Partner with marketing on campaign testing and optimization
• Build systems for continuous customer feedback collection
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership

• Strong background in user research for consumer products
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Ability to translate research into actionable product recommendations
• Knowledge of usability testing and design research practices
• Experience organizing feedback from multiple channels into insights
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to various audiences
• Hands‑on approach with ability to conduct research directly
• Understanding of trading, fintech, or crypto products preferred
