The Challenge

You’ll lead engineering across platforms serving millions of users while modernizing architecture, establishing engineering excellence, and building leadership capability. This requires someone who can operate strategically while staying connected to execution - setting technical direction while empowering teams to ship.

The role demands deep technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to drive culture change in a scaling organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engineering organization of 50+ engineers across multiple teams
• Define technical strategy and architecture for consumer platforms
• Build and mentor engineering leadership team (Engineering Managers, Tech Leads)
• Establish engineering processes, standards, and best practices
• Partner closely with Heads of Product and Design on roadmap execution
• Drive platform modernization and technical debt reduction
• Own engineering hiring, retention, and career development
• Set and track engineering metrics and team performance
• Represent engineering to executive team and board
