The incumbent will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and leadership to ensure adherence to CBUAE Outsourcing Regulation and data protection standards. The position emphasizes building strong cross-functional collaboration, managing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in fast-paced operational environments; tech/digital/FinTech preferred.
• Proven track record of managing outsourced services within a regulated environment, including outsourcing registers and vendor governance.
• Full understanding of the CBUAE Outsourcing Regulation and its applications to licensed financial institutions.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and leadership to establish governance arrangements and ICAs.
• Strong ability to design scalable operations and process improvements.
• Experience in a global matrix organisation with cross-border service delivery.
• MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UAE entity outsourcing framework and risk management in line with CBUAE requirements.
• Maintain the UAE outsourcing register and ensure it is audit-ready and governance-ready.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Remitly leadership to maintain ICAs and data-protection standards.
• Monitor in-country vs. offshore outsourcing and ensure no material activity is outsourced without no-objection.
• Manage SLA performance, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary escalation point for issues with service providers and regulators.
• Oversee incident management and regulatory reporting obligations to the CBUAE.
• Develop and analyze data dashboards; prepare reports for management, committees and Board.
• Own 1LOD risk assessments and control inventories for outsourced functions.
