Job summary

Wahed is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to help lead the operational build‑out of the UAE platform. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for delivering new features, integrations and improvements that expand and strengthen the platform in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in business operations, fintech, financial services or a similar environment.
• Experience managing vendors or external partners.
• Strong project management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UAE operations and overall performance of Wahed’s UAE business.
• Monitor the country P&L, budgets, revenue, expenditure and vendor costs with Finance.
• Track key metrics: customer acquisition, funded customers, assets under management, revenue and usage.
• Coordinate onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, trading, portfolio management, reconciliations and customer support.
• Work with Product, Technology and Marketing to localise the product and campaigns.
