Remitly is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee its UAE operations. This strategic role involves ensuring compliance with CBUAE regulations, managing the outsourcing framework, and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of experience in operational environments such as FinTech or banking, with strong analytical and leadership skills. This position is based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing outsourced services within a regulated environment.
• Experience working in tech/digital, consumer tech, eCommerce, FinTech, banking or financial services.
• Understanding of CBUAE Outsourcing Regulation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the UAE entity's outsourcing framework and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Plan.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
