Job summary

Client of AIQU in Abu Dhabi seeks a Programme Lead to oversee a portfolio of IT digital transformation, cybersecurity and operational excellence initiatives. The role requires a seasoned leader with 10–12 years of experience in large-scale programmes and a proven ability to align technical work with strategic business objectives.

You will define governance, manage budgets and risks, mentor project teams and drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/BA or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience leading large-scale programme portfolios including IT digital transformation, cybersecurity or operational excellence.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, digital technologies and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Proven ability to align technical initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Experience in programme governance, financial management and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent programme management certification.
