Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Transformation Portfolio Governance Lead to own the governance framework and drive value realization. You will maintain an integrated view of scope, milestones, risks, and budgets, and run governance forums with clear decision papers.

You will partner with Finance and business owners to validate economics, develop business cases, and prioritize the transformation pipeline using transparent criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in transformation, strategy, portfolio governance, program management, or consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional portfolios and executive governance.
• Strong command of portfolio governance, program management disciplines, and financial analysis.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear executive insights and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance framework for the Transformation portfolio, including intake, prioritization, and stage gates.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Establish and run governance forums with clear agendas and decision papers.
• Develop robust business cases and commercialization plans to articulate strategic alignment and financial value.
• Partner with Finance and business owners to validate initiative economics and track value realization.
• Drive prioritization of the transformation pipeline using transparent criteria.
• Coordinate across Business, Digital, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to resolve dependencies.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented reporting to the Transformation Lead and senior governance forums.
