Job summary

Synthesys LLC is seeking a Head of Human Resources to architect and scale our talent strategy across the organization in Dubai. You will own the end-to-end talent supply chain, from sourcing to successful integration, and link people strategy to ambitious growth objectives.

You will establish world-class standards for candidate qualification and interviewing, ensure equitable hiring practices, and maintain a positive candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling high-volume talent acquisition
• Experience designing and implementing structured interview processes
• Translating hiring needs into a measurable talent strategy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences
• Leveraging recruiting tech (ATS/CRM) and data to improve pipeline quality
• Employer branding to attract top professionals
• Strong leadership with mentoring a TA team

Responsibilities

• Lead the talent acquisition function and own the end-to-end talent pipeline
• Define sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer/negotiation processes
• Build and mentor a high-performing TA team
• Partner with executive leadership to align hiring with business strategy
• Develop metrics to measure quality of hire and time-to-fill
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
