SYNCOMS Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to build the teams behind our growth. You will focus on technical and digital recruitment with increasing exposure to AI talent, while supporting operations, accounts, design and admin functions.

Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with teams across the UK, USA and other markets, gaining valuable experience in global recruitment and business operations. The role offers direct leadership exposure and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across technical and general business roles.
• Exposure to technology, digital or AI recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source proactively and headhunt high-quality talent globally.
• Map and engage passive candidates using Boolean search and networking.
• Manage offers, negotiations and closing with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with leadership across UAE, UK, USA and other markets.
