Qualifications

• Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance coordination, and rental business models.
• Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily subscription mobility operations across rental locations.
• Monitor fleet availability, vehicle utilization, and maintenance schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, insurance policies, and industry operational standards.
• Implement operational improvements to increase service efficiency and reduce turnaround time for vehicles.
• Manage vehicle preparation and rental readiness to improve turnaround time between rentals.
• Ensure the right mix of vehicles is available to meet peak customer demand and market requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all locations and rental touchpoints.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes quickly while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvements to increase satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor performance metrics including revenue growth, fleet utilization, and operational costs.
• Support development of pricing strategies, promotional offers, and subscription packages.
• Manage operational budgets and implement cost control measures to improve profitability.
• Lead and develop operational teams, ensuring staff are trained in customer service standards and operational procedures.
• Foster a performance-driven environment focused on customer experience and operational excellence.
