The role leads an integrated commercial agenda, aligning fleet availability, demand, and profitability with strategic partnerships and marketing investments.

The successful candidate will own pricing governance, channel performance, and data-driven decision making while collaborating with Finance, IT, and Legal to scale mobility

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership background in automotive or mobility preferred.
• Strong track record in pricing, revenue growth, and digital revenue channels.
• Experience with B2C sales, e-commerce, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define commercial and revenue strategy for rental and leasing operations.
• Lead dynamic pricing, yield optimization, and revenue governance.
• Establish pricing matrices, discounts, and margin controls.
• Direct B2C retail sales and evaluate revenue across channels.
• Develop customer acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives.
• Own digital channels, websites, apps, and lead-generation platforms.
• Improve digital conversion via funnel analysis and data-led decisions.
• Shape brand positioning and demand-generation strategy.
• Oversee marketing, promotions, and partner relationships.
• Negotiate with strategic partners and manage commercial contracts.
