Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Senior Head for Structured Credit Solutions & Financial Inst to drive strategy, structure credit products, and lead origination and risk management across the FI Sales domain.

The role demands 10+ years in FI Sales and structured derivatives, with a strong background in risk, market awareness and client engagement. It offers flexible and remote options within a top UAE bank and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in progressively more complex and responsible roles in FI Sales, structured derivatives and credit solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Field
• Presentation and persuasive selling skills in FX derivatives, Interest Rate derivatives, commodity derivatives and Credit Solutions to clients across sub-segment
• Knowledge of risk categories, credit, market, business, liquidity, operational and settlement
• High level of economic and market awareness

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Plans: contribute to formulating and delivering the Group’s strategy and translate into operational plans
• Structured Derivatives and Credit Products Structuring: lead and align products to be client-focused and market competitive
• Origination and Sale of Products: lead pricing, structuring, risk & return analysis and ensure profitability
• Market Intelligence: oversee market evaluation, due diligence and hedging strategies
• Leadership: manage performance, recruitment, development and engagement
• Change Management: drive change initiatives and programs with best practices
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: develop and implement SOPs and controls to meet internal and regulatory requirements
• Customer Service: apply ADCB Service Standards in all interactions
