Job summary

GEA Grade UAE is seeking a high-caliber sales and service-support professional to map customer needs, translate requests into accurate quotations, and deliver technically sound calculations. This role drives commercial outcomes while coordinating with branch offices, distributors, suppliers and internal teams to meet tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Refrigeration Engineering.
• 7-10 years of sales experience in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of EN 378, PED, and PGS13, including country-specific requirements.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic, German and French are an advantage.
• Innovative, creative and results-driven team player.
• Strong commercial, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Map customer needs and support sales strategy with the Head of Service Sales Support.
• Translate customer requests into accurate quotations.
• Deliver commercially and technically sound calculations.
• Track quotations and follow up.
• Plan resources to meet demanding timelines.
• Prepare order confirmations and purchase orders and follow through shipment.
• Support branch offices and distributors in the region.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Organize project meetings when required.
• Share knowledge and support team development.
• Drive standardization and stay updated on industry developments.
• Ensure specifications and pricing are obtained from stakeholders.
• Apply new technologies to strengthen offerings and differentiation.
• Support Area Managers and Service Sales Engineers in regions with limited expertise.
• Contribute to efficiency, sustainability and innovation.
• Manage supplier communication and price negotiations.
