Job summary

Client of Redfish Solutions in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Delivery Leader to steer large-scale multidisciplinary design and construction programs for key clients in the GCC.

You will oversee execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, manage risk, coordinate with clients and subconsultants, and drive continuous improvement across all project stages.

The role requires an architectural degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and proven leadership with UAE exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years delivering large-scale multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
• At least 6 years of UAE experience.
• Experience with reputable consultancies or contractors.
• Architectural degree is required.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of major projects ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations and financial targets.
• Develop project execution plans, quality plans and delivery schedules, ensuring monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements.
• Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.
• Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee design coordination, change management processes and approvals.
• Attend and contribute to client technical and coordination meetings.
• Promote a culture of quality, innovation and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.
