Job summary

Client of Kalamntina is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex client projects in Dubai, coordinating with designers, engineers, and suppliers to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires 3+ years in PM, strong communication, and the ability to travel across GCC. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; UAE market experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, engineering, architecture, interiors, or related field.
• Strong project management and client coordination experience.
• Background in engineering, architecture, interior design, or related technical/creative field preferred.
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel across GCC countries.
• Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred.
• UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial briefing through completion ensuring timelines budgets quality and deliverables are met
• Coordinate with clients designers engineers consultants suppliers contractors and internal teams
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to deliver suitable project solutions
• Prepare project schedules presentations reports proposals and project updates
• Support business development activities including identifying new opportunities client meetings presentations and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Coordinate project requirements revisions approvals and deliverables
• Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct client project and site visits as required
• Travel to GCC countries for client meetings project visits presentations and business development activities
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations and company standards
