Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking an Executive Manager for Personal Productivity AI to lead the bank’s strategy and governance of employee-facing AI tools. You will partner with IT, Learning and Development, and business units to ensure AI capabilities align with risk, cost, and customer experience goals.

The role requires 8+ years in digital or AI adoption, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver scalable tools in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3+ in AI adoption, product or governance.
• Experience introducing employee-facing AI tools within a large, regulated organization.
• Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• MBA or related Master’s preferred.
• Professional certifications in AI, digital transformation, PM, IT service management are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the bank’s approach to Personal Productivity AI, aligned with the AI strategy.
• Maintain current understanding of approved Personal Productivity AI Tools and guidance.
• Evaluate AI capabilities for self-service, guided adoption, or enterprise solutions.
• Establish and communicate appropriate use policies for AI tools.
• Drive adoption focusing on value, not just usage metrics.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver training.
• Monitor governance, usage, and cost metrics across the tools.
• Interface with IT Service Centre and technology teams for access and controls.
• Manage the team per ADCB policies to maximize performance.
• Organize activities to meet targets and deliver the business plan.
