Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Generative AI initiatives within its Global Business Services unit in the UAE. You will own the backlog, translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, and guide engineering teams to deliver compliant, scalable AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, tech delivery, or digital transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• CSPO or equivalent certifications desirable.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition, prioritisation and refinement of the Generative AI product backlog.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable product requirements for engineering teams.
• Coordinate delivery of Generative AI initiatives across business, technology and vendors.
• Ensure delivery milestones, risks and decisions are visible and escalated as needed.
• Validate capabilities against requirements, acceptance criteria and user outcomes.
• Coordinate testing readiness and release validation with relevant teams.
