Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking an Office Manager - AI in Abu Dhabi to support the Chief AI Officer. This senior role blends executive coordination, project management and strategic advisory across the AI group.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate stakeholders, prepare reports and materials, and help navigate the bank's processes and culture. Fluency in Arabic and English, plus strong PM experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and business-writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• High proficiency with AI productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Office of the Chief AI Officer.
• Coordinate correspondence, presentations, briefing materials and meetings.
• Track decisions and follow up on actions until completion.
• Provide executive advisory support and organizational navigation.
• Prepare executive reports, board materials and dashboards.
• Coordinate AI function activities and planning sessions.
• Undertake confidential cross-functional assignments for the Chief AI Officer.
