Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) seeks an ambitious senior AI Architecture leader to define scalable AI architectures, including LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines, aligned with enterprise standards. You will mentor tech leads and coordinate with analysts, engineers and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust AI solutions.

The role requires deep AI/ML expertise, cloud experience, and a strong governance mindset to drive secure, compliant, scalable AI at ADCB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in AI/ML architectures and deployment.
• Azure or AWS solution architecture certifications; AI/ML certifications are a plus.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead solution architectures to enable product delivery, including LLM-based agents, LLM & RAG pipelines, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Coach tech leads and engineers on AI architecture, governance and scalable AI stacks.
• Translate stakeholder needs into AI product requirements and ensure alignment with business models.
• Drive AI-driven platform enhancements, stay updated on trends, and balance security/compliance.
