Responsibilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of core banking, lending, wealth, and supporting platforms.
- Maintain platform availability, uptime, service levels, and resilience.
- Establish operating standards for incident management, production monitoring, and capacity management.
- Oversee upgrades, patches, databases, middleware, and infrastructure dependencies.
