Job summary

Qataryello, a well-established professional services organisation, is seeking a Head of HR to lead our people strategy in the UAE, Dubai region. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding and development, as well as compensation, benefits and payroll while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

You will advise senior leadership, mentor the HR team, monitor HR metrics, and drive engagement initiatives to retain top talent in a fast-growing professional services environment.
