Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hands-on Head of Human Resources to take full ownership of the people function in a lean environment. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, developing HR policies and people strategies while handling day-to-day matters personally.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, with leadership experience as Head of HR or standalone HR professional, and strong knowledge of UAE labour law and lifecycle HR activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in lean/fast-growing org.
• Previous Head of HR or standalone HR leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law and HR practices.
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits and HR operations.
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR function from strategy to operations.
• Develop HR policies and people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage day-to-day HR matters personally in a lean environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead recruitment, ER, performance, and compensation & benefits.
