Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a senior operations leader to drive strategic initiatives across the real estate business, ensuring alignment with objectives and priorities. You will coordinate across functions to provide visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.

You will also develop and oversee performance reporting, budgeting, and engagement programs, while guiding executive decision-making and continuous process improvements. This is a high-impact leadership role within Dubai Holding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred for senior level leadership roles.
• 10–12+ years in strategic or organisational performance with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and translate objectives into outcomes.
• Strong experience in governance, KPIs, balanced scorecards, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and monitor Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate across functions to drive execution and visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop and implement corporate culture and employee engagement strategies.
• Lead leadership forums, engagement programs, and company-wide events.
• Support senior leadership with governance reviews and strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage departmental OPEX budgets, financial planning and cost optimization initiatives.
• Use performance data and engagement insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Promote accountability and alignment across teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels
