Job summary

Mediclinic International is seeking a Process Excellence & Change Lead to own end-to-end process redesign and adoption across facilities in the UAE. You will map current-state processes using BPMN 2.0, apply Lean Six Sigma, and design future-state improvements with new SOPs and KPIs.

The role combines process engineering and change leadership, coordinating stakeholder engagement, training, and benefits realisation, with a focus on evidence-based value and sustained adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Health Admin or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred); BPMN 2.0 certification; Prosci/ADKAR change-management certification.
• At least 6 years in process excellence, continuous improvement or business transformation.
• 3 years delivering process redesign and change adoption in multi-site healthcare or service environment.
• Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map and assess current-state processes using BPMN 2.0 with process owners and teams.
• Design future-state processes using Lean and Six Sigma; develop SOPs, KPIs and SLAs.
• Engage stakeholders and assess operational change readiness for implementation.
• Coordinate change communications and role-based training; monitor adoption.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and realise benefits across facilities.
