Job summary

Mediclinic International in Dubai seeks a Process Excellence & Change Lead to own end-to-end process portfolios, applying BPMN 2.0, Lean, and Six Sigma to discover, map, and redesign critical healthcare workflows.

You will lead change readiness, stakeholder engagement, SOP development, training coordination, and benefits realisation across multiple facilities, with a focus on measurable improvements and sustainable adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Health Administration, Nursing/Clinical Sciences or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred); BPMN 2.0 certification; Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent change-management certification.

Responsibilities

• Map and assess current-state processes using BPMN 2.0 with process owners and teams.
• Design improved future-state processes with Lean and Six Sigma; develop SOPs, controls, KPIs and SLAs.
• Engage stakeholders and assess change readiness for implementation across facilities.
• Coordinate change communications and training; monitor adoption to ensure sustained adherence.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and demonstrate measurable benefits across facilities.
