Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Head of Commercial and Revenue to lead pricing, product, and digital channels for rental and leasing segments in the UAE. You will own revenue strategy, drive yield optimization, and align fleet availability with demand across multiple markets.

In this senior role you’ll set pricing frameworks, govern margins, lead CRM and digital campaigns, and partner with Finance, IT, and operations to deliver sustainable growth and superior customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar (MBA preferred).
• 10-15+ years of experience in senior commercial, revenue, or digital roles in mobility/automotive sectors.
• Strong background in mobility, automotive, rental, leasing, travel, or subscription-based businesses.
• Proven experience managing pricing, sales, and digital channels at scale.
• Advanced revenue management and pricing expertise.
• Strong digital, e-commerce, and performance marketing understanding.
• Commercial negotiation and contract structuring skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Fleet, Ops, Finance, IT).
• Strategic yet hands-on; comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
• Results-oriented, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Change leader with a digital-first and customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Define revenue strategy for rental and leasing across channels.
• Own pricing, margins, and rate governance.
• Set leasing commercial frameworks including price matrices and discount thresholds.
• Align pricing with fleet availability and cost structures.
• Track profitability across sales channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Risk on commercial viability.
• Oversee digital revenue channels and lead generation campaigns.
• Lead CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, and automation.
• Partner with IT on digital roadmap and system enhancements.
• Define brand positioning and marketing strategy for rental and leasing.
• Oversee ATL/BTL, performance marketing, and loyalty programs.
• Manage partnerships with OTAs, aggregators, airlines, hotels, and mobility operators.
• Optimize channel mix to balance volume and margin.
• Own dashboards covering pricing, yield, digital, sales, and marketing metrics.
