Job summary

Noqodi in Dubai seeks a senior Acquiring Manager to own end-to-end acquiring strategy, performance and profitability. You will lead relationships with banks, processors and card schemes, shaping pricing, onboarding and merchant performance.

You will equip sales with pricing, propositions and products, collaborate with BI on deal economics, and drive go-to-market for new acquiring capabilities. UAE/GCC experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business or a related field.
• An MBA or payments certifications (for example Visa or Mastercard programmes) are an advantage.
• 8–12 years in merchant acquiring with a bank, acquirer, PSP or payment facilitator.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquiring strategy and business plan for SME and Strategic Account Acquiring, including TPV, revenue, take rate, cost of acceptance and margin.
• Manage relationships with acquiring banks, processors and card schemes; negotiate costs and drive lower cost of acceptance.
• Own pricing, propositions and deal economics; support sales teams on key deals, RFPs and go-to-market plans.
• Oversee merchant onboarding policy, risk, settlement, reconciliation and fraud monitoring; ensure fast onboarding and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product and BI on roadmaps, data, and new acquiring products; train sales teams on pricing and onboarding.
