Job summary

Accor Group is seeking an experienced Director of E-Commerce for La Maison Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems in Dubai. This senior role will lead the digital commerce strategy across the IMEAT region, driving online revenue growth and ensuring competitiveness across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, preferably within hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Proven record of managing multi-brand or multi-property digital strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the regional e-commerce strategy across 42 hotels and 11,000 rooms.
• Drive online revenue performance and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee hotel-level E-Commerce Directors for consistency and best practices.
• Manage online channels including brand.com, loyalty platforms, and OTAs.
