Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC (EITC) seeks a senior Manager for Lending & Insurance Products to lead end-to-end product strategy, development and delivery across du Pay’s lending and embedded insurance platforms.

You will shape propositions, collaborate with partners, insurers and regulatory teams, and deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions across UAE markets.

Competenze

• Experience in digital lending platforms
• Experience in fintech or embedded finance
• Understanding of alternative data and credit scoring
• Familiarity with decision engines and ML-based credit analytics
• Strong relationship management and negotiation capabilities with partners

Mansioni

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Define loan amounts, tenors, pricing and repayment mechanisms with lending partners
• Develop embedded insurance journeys and partner ecosystems
• Drive data-driven decisioning, credit scoring and risk governance
• Manage partnerships with banks, insurers and fintech providers
• Ensure customer experience is simple and transparent and compliant
