Job summary

HSBC UAE is seeking a UAE National for the role of Manager, Product – UAE Unsecured Lending, Wealth and Personal Banking. You will own the strategy, pricing and profitability of unsecured lending products such as personal loans, overdrafts and credit cards, while coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Technology departments to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The role offers opportunity to shape innovative propositions, drive new product development and lead market campaigns

Qualifications

Extensive experience in product management including launches, analytics, and customer journey mapping.
Understanding of UAE retail financial services market and regulatory developments.
Proven ability to coordinate complex projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Strong commercial, analytical and data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of risk management across multiple risk categories.
Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Full-time degree required for UAE visa and work permit (attestations for degrees outside UAE)

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, pricing and profitability of unsecured lending products.
Lead feasibility, regulatory alignment, technology delivery, testing and launch of new unsecured lending products.
Develop and implement go-to-market campaigns to improve performance.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Technology, Marketing, Distribution and external partners.
