Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior professional to analyze and document business requirements for corporate lending and insurance products. You will coordinate approvals from HO and ADGM and support platform development at ADGM.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to set up credit insurance processes, perform gap analyses, and ensure AML/KYC/FSRA compliance. The role involves KPI monitoring, UAT coordination, and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of corporate banking experience focused on Lending.
• Insurance knowledge related to CPRI, SRT, etc., is required.
• Strong understanding of corporate credit, loan lifecycle, and insurance matters.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, CRM tools, and insurance platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for corporate lending and insurance products.
• Prepare and coordinate product approvals from HO and ADGM.
• Support development and implementation of lending and insurance platform at ADGM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set up credit insurance and claim processes at ADGM.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to systems and workflows to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, CRR, CBUAE, FSRA frameworks.
• Prepare business cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Liaise with ADGM Management, IT, risk, compliance, and other units to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate UAT and support post-implementation reviews.
• Review insurance policies and create checklists (pre/post binding).
• Develop CPRI-related SOPs.
• Facilitate insurance training for team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor CPRI loans post-binding throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and other stakeholders for execution and post-binding management.
