du Pay in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Manager – Lending & Insurance Products to lead the end-to-end development of embedded lending and insurance propositions. You will drive strategy, define customer journeys, and partner with banks, insurers and tech providers to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
You will work cross-functionally with data, risk and engineering teams to optimize outcomes and maximize cross-sell opportunities within the du Pay ecosystem.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, tech, or engineering.
- MBA or professional qualifications advantageous.
- CFA/FRM or related insurance qualifications beneficial.
Mansioni
- Lead the full product lifecycle from idea through launch and optimization.
- Define eligibility, customer segmentation, features, and pricing strategies.
- Develop partnerships with banks, finance companies, insurers and technology providers.
- Ensure regulatory, risk and responsible product design is embedded from the start.
- Create simple, transparent customer experiences and scalable product journeys.
