Job summary

HSBC UAE is seeking a Manager, Product – UAE Unsecured Lending to lead strategy for personal loans, overdrafts and credit cards, shaping propositions and lifecycle with risk and compliance in mind. You will partner with Risk, Legal, Finance, Technology and Marketing to launch products and deliver profitable outcomes in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management and launches.
• Understanding of UAE retail financial services market and regulation.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision skills using common tools.
• Knowledge of risk management across multiple risk categories.
• Consultative, influential communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor degree required; UAE visa eligibility and equivalency where needed.

Responsibilities

• Own unsecured lending product strategy and lifecycle including pricing and profitability.
• Lead new product development, feasibility, design, tech delivery and launch.
• Drive commercial performance and growth aligned with FRP targets.
• Develop go-to-market campaigns using customer insights and trends.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Tech and Marketing.
• Ensure risk controls, KYC/AML and regulatory submissions are met.
