Job summary

7X Group is seeking a senior leader to manage the commercial leasing and monetization of its portfolio in the UAE. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy rental income and yield, developing pricing and renewal strategies, and leading major commercial negotiations.

You will oversee market mapping, tenant acquisition, lease renewals, and reporting on portfolio performance, with collaboration across finance, projects, and facilities to optimize asset readiness and leasing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience: 8–12+ years of experience in UAE commercial/industrial real estate leasing and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing strategies, pricing approaches and procedures for commercial buildings and other monetizable assets.
• Ensure leasing proposals and documentation follow approved policies and Delegation of Authority.
• Monitor leasing performance, rental income, yield and occupancy against targets; coordinate with Finance on lease economics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
