Job summary

RE/MAX PREMIER DUBAI is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Head of Leasing and Rentals to build and lead our leasing division in Dubai. The role centers on building a leasing team, sourcing rental properties, and growing landlord relationships to drive a robust property management portfolio.

You will develop strong pipelines of listings, convert landlords into Property Management clients, and pursue maintenance contracts, while collaborating with operations to deliver consistent leasing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate and leasing/rentals.
• Proven leadership experience at Head of Leasing / Leasing Manager level.
• Strong ability to recruit and build a leasing team.
• Track record in sourcing landlords and rental properties.
• Existing landlord/investor network in Dubai is advantageous.
• Experience in Property Management business development and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and manage a strong Leasing and Rentals team.
• Develop the department structure, manpower plan, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Actively source rental properties and landlord portfolios across Dubai.
• Build a pipeline of exclusive and non-exclusive rental listings.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with landlords, investors, and owners.
• Increase the company’s rental stock and ensure a steady supply of listings.
• Identify opportunities to convert landlords into Property Management clients.
• Promote the company’s Property Management services to landlords.

• Support the leasing team with landlord acquisition, pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing rental transactions.
• Monitor team performance based on rental listings sourced, transactions closed, landlord acquisition, property management conversions, and maintenance contracts generated.
• Build long-term relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business, renewals, portfolio expansion, and referrals.
• Identify high-potential communities and areas where the company can expand its rental and property management portfolio.
• Provide regular reports to management on team growth, listing pipeline, leasing revenue, property management portfolio growth, and maintenance contract performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with strong experience in leasing and rentals.
• Previous experience as a Head of Leasing, Leasing Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in recruiting and building a leasing team.
• Strong track record in sourcing landlords and rental properties.
• Existing landlord, investor, or property owner network in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Experience in Property Management business development is a strong advantage.
• Experience in selling or generating maintenance contracts or property-related services is preferred.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Good understanding of the Dubai rental market, tenancy procedures, Ejari, DLD, and RERA requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable working with aggressive growth objectives.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

They should be capable of building a team, bringing rental inventory into the company, developing strong landlord relationships, and turning those relationships into multiple revenue streams through leasing, Property Management, and maintenance contracts.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the department and actively grow it rather than simply manage an existing leasing operation.
