Job summary

Qureos Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the integrated facilities management operations, overseeing both Hard and Soft Services, with a focus on executive-level coordination, risk management, ESG alignment, and continuous improvement across facilities in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The role requires a strong background in MEP, CAFM systems, and vendor management, with proven leadership capabilities and a commitment to safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management Engineering or related field.
• Masters degree in Facilities or Business Administration (preferred).
• BICS certification (preferred not mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years in Integrated Facilities Management with at least 2 years in a senior managerial role.
• Experience managing Hard and Soft FM services in large developments.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and FM sector best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage integrated FM operations across Hard and Soft Services.
• Oversee maintenance programs for MEP systems, HVAC, and critical assets.
• Ensure 100% compliance with HSE regulations and ESG alignment.
• Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies, vendor performance management and SLA enforcement.
• Prepare periodic reports on facility performance and cost efficiency.
