• Provide advice to business groups on staff operations and Employee Relations.
• Manage UAE and GCC Pension Funds, UAE Central Bank and National Service matters with ADIB and ensure compliance.
• Oversee Local and International Medical and Life Insurance schemes for the ADIB Group.
• Provide HR units with recommendations for regulator inquiries and guidelines.
• Support and guide ADIB International Branches on HR matters on request.
• Lead HR Operations automation and continuous process improvement.

Job Description:

Role: Head of HR Operations

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

• Drive and manage HR Operations across ADIB Group.
• Responsible for the planning and management of the HR Ops organization which supports the employee base across all geographies.
• Provide strategic direction and implement innovative HR practices, policies and recommended system enhancements.
• Responsible for analyzing and directing HR Operations and services.
• Build strong partnerships to work cross functionally and cross geographies to best deliver HR Operations Services and consistent employee experience.

Key accountabilities of the role:

• Provide advice to business groups including Group Heads relating to staff operations and Employee Relations issues.
• Manage the UAE and GCC Pension Funds, UAE Central Bank and UAE National Service matter with ADIB and ensure complying with their guidelines and laws.
• Manage the Local and International Medical insurance & Life Insurance Schemes for the ADIB Group.
• Provide the HR units with recommendations and guidelines on the inquiries of the regulators.
• Provide ADIB International Branches with support and guidance in their HR matters on request.
• Provide technical support and guidelines for HR Management of the agreed redesigned, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HR Operations processes.
• Coordinate with HR Management to develop HR strategy and solutions relating to the HR Operations.
• Ensuring the effective high-quality delivery of services & Information, Controls including RCA and applying the existing Policies & Procedures within the HR Operations.
• Lead the Automation of the HR Operations functions and enhance the processes.
• Manage the cost of the HR Operations units within the approved budget.
• Write and redesign HR Policies & Procedures.
• Handles individual grievances and assigned fraud investigations cases with Head of Fraud Investigations.
• Maintain good relations with officials in the UAE Pension fund, Ministry of Labor, UAE Central Bank, UAE National service and HR Managers of beer banks to keep abreast of the trends in the HR function and Banks Policies.
