Capital.Com is seeking a Head of FinCrime Operations to own operational performance, transform policy into working procedures, and lead AI and automation initiatives. The role collaborates with Compliance and Financial Crime Product to keep pace with business growth in a new position based in Dubai or London.

Reporting to the VP, Financial Crime, the role will drive efficiency and control across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in financial crime operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across the customer lifecycle and translate policy into procedures.
• Own Financial Crime Operational KPIs including AI automation and quality.
• Translate policies into practical procedures with Compliance and process owners.
