Capital Com SV Investments Limited is seeking a Head of FinCrime Operations to own performance, translate policies into efficient procedures, and drive AI/automation across the function. You will manage multiple teams across regions, ensure regulatory alignment, and partner with Compliance and Product to build scalable controls.

The role requires deep AML/CTF knowledge, KPI-driven leadership, and experience leading incident response and remediation in a regulated fintech or financial services

Qualifications

• Significant leadership of financial crime operations within regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams across countries with consistent standards.
• Deep knowledge of AML/CTF requirements and screening processes.
• Track record of setting and tracking operational KPIs for timeliness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across the customer lifecycle and policy-to-procedure implementation.
• Define and monitor Financial Crime KPIs including AI/automation initiatives.
• Translate policies into practical procedures with compliance and owners.
• Plan staffing, skills, and training to address demand and capacity gaps.
• Establish quality processes and ensure training improves outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on tools, automation, and AI.
• Prepare operations for new products/markets and oversee readiness gaps.
• Lead incident response and remediation, support audits and regulatory reviews.
