Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field with 15+ years in IT/OSS/DSO leadership.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise monitoring, ITSM, and governance processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage major incidents at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Operations Center team and 24x7 monitoring of enterprise services.
• Plan staffing rotations, night shifts, leave coverage, travel, workload allocation.
• Exercise senior escalation for major incidents and coordinate root-cause analysis.
• Establish and maintain ITIL-based Change, Event, Incident, and Service Level Management processes.
• Drive automation, monitor KPIs, and governance discussions with ADNOC stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers; manage budgets and performance.
