Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Operations Center team and maintain 24x7 monitoring of applications, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise digital services.
• Plan staffing, shift rotations, night coverage, leave, travel, and resource availability to maintain uninterrupted operations throughout the year.
• Monitor potential interruptions and coordinate response based on service impact and business criticality.
