Atlantis Dubai is seeking a hands-on Creative Manager - Design and Video to lead high-end visual campaigns across print, digital, social, and video content. You will personally develop sophisticated campaign visuals for hospitality, dining, entertainment, and guest experiences while mentoring the team.

The role requires advanced design expertise, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across Atlantis properties, with involvement in production and final delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in multidisciplinary design, creative production, print, digital, and video execution.
• Hands-on experience across luxury hospitality, entertainment, and destination brands.
• Ability to translate marketing and brand objectives into distinctive visual work.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and personally execute creative work across the Atlantis Dubai portfolio.
• Develop campaign concepts and visual directions from brief through final execution.
• Produce key visuals for marketing campaigns, activations, launches, and brand communications.
• Create print collateral for hospitality, dining, entertainment, and guest-facing environments.
• Produce digital advertising and social media creative across multiple formats.
