Job summary

CASABOT in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Head of Design to own product design and user experience across the platform. This hands‑on leadership role reports to the CEO and leads a small in‑house team, with potential to evolve into Chief Design Officer.

You will shape visual language, design system, and end‑to‑end product experiences across HiveOS UI, BOTty, mobile apps, web, and AR; hire and mentor the team; and partner with CTO and CRO to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior product design experience across multi‑platform consumer products.
• Proven track record shipping products on time in startups.
• Direct experience hiring and growing design teams.
• Hands-on fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability own end‑to‑end work from research to QA.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own product design across HiveOS UI, BOTty, mobile, web, and AR.
• Develop and maintain design system and tokens for CASABOT.
• Steward brand, visual identity, motion language, and public appearance.
• Collaborate with CTO, mobile leads, and CRO on customer surfaces.
• Hire, mentor and grow the design organization as the company scales.
