Qualifications

• Proven track record of shipping at quality and on schedule in a startup environment.
• Comfortable with research, interaction, visual, prototyping, and design QA.
• Experience with mult-surface design including mobile, web, and AR.

Responsibilities

• Own product design across the CASABOT platform.
• Oversee the CASABOT design system and brand stewardship.
• Mentor and grow the design organization.

Skills

Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools

Experience in leading design teams

Ability to own end-to-end design work

Experience in building design systems
