Raw Ventures seeks a senior product designer to own the design system for a platform used by traders and operators. You will shape dense, single-screen interfaces and defend decisions in client demos, balancing current sprint needs with a future-state vision.

You will work with AI-assisted workflows, collaborate with developers, and deliver scalable design across roles. Fully remote, with regular travel to Dubai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design on large connected systems.
• Owned a design system or defined its rules; independent decision-making.
• Ability to sell design decisions to business audiences.
• AI in production workflow and rapid variant generation.
• Portfolio of complex interfaces with dense data visuals.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the design system for the platform.
• Design role workplaces from wireframe to shipping quality.
• Present and defend decisions in client demos to business users.
• Balance sprint feasibility with future-state concepts.
• Draw fast across many screens with consistency.
