Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced operations strategist to own end-to-end governance, policy design, and cross-functional programs across the Care, Product, and Finance teams. You will drive data-backed decisions shaping customer experience and roadmap prioritization.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable reductions in customer friction in a rapidly growing, AI-enabled marketplace environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations strategy, program management, or related analytical/cross-functional roles.
• Track record of owning recurring reporting cadences with senior stakeholders, end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence of performance reviews across multiple business lines (monthly/weekly).
• Lead end-to-end customer experience governance and policy design.
• Design and rollout cohort-based customer policies balancing experience and cost.
• Publish regular contact-rate reports and drive data-backed roadmaps.
• Serve as connective tissue across Operations, Care, Product, Finance, and Data teams.
