• Proven track record growing B2C products across multiple channels and markets.
• Broad multichannel growth ownership across acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV.
• Experience owning paid media budgets and driving ROI.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across channels, markets, user segments, and budgets.
• Build and optimize multichannel acquisition programs and measure CPL, CAC, payback, and other metrics.
• Connect content research to high-intent property searches and agent engagement.
