• Strong product sense and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute B2C growth strategy across channels and markets.
• Build multichannel acquisition programs and optimize CAC/CPL/payback.
• Connect research content with high-intent property searches; drive app adoption.
• Own user lifecycle from activation to retention and LTV; identify drop-offs.
• Lead paid media specialists and collaborate with Product/Marketing for scaling.
