Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking a Communications Manager to lead external and internal communications, elevating the organisation’s reputation and employee engagement. You will steer PR, media relations, internal channels, and executive communications across a dynamic, international team.

You will plan Town Halls and corporate events, develop content with consistent brand voice, and measure performance with dashboards and analytics. A senior role focused on stakeholder management and strategic messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Proven media relations and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IFZA's public relations and corporate communications strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, industry influencers, and strategic stakeholders.
• Manage press releases, media statements, executive articles, opinion pieces, and corporate announcements.
• Coordinate media interviews, speaking opportunities, podcasts, and external engagements.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations.
